Wild Rummy

Welcome to Wild Rummy. By accessing or using the Wild Rummy website (wildrummy.io) or mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the service.

1. The Game & Service Description

Wild Rummy is a digital card game provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You can play in single-player mode against computer AI or in online multiplayer rooms with other players.

2. Free-to-Play & No Real-Money Gambling

Wild Rummy is strictly a free-to-play game of strategy and leisure.

• The game does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, betting, or the opportunity to win real money or physical prizes.
• Virtual scores, statistics, rankings, and achievements have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for currency or anything of value.

3. In-App Purchases & Virtual Items

Wild Rummy may offer optional digital items, such as consumable "undos", available via in-app purchase on mobile platforms or rewarded video ads.

• Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to the terms and billing policies of the respective platform.
• All purchases of virtual items are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable, except as required by applicable platform rules or law.
• Virtual items provide in-game utility only and do not alter competitive probabilities or represent tangible property.

4. User Accounts & Conduct

Wild Rummy does not require an account to play. If you choose to sign in using Google or Apple authentication:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to choose display names that are respectful and do not contain harassing, defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate language.
• You agree not to disrupt online multiplayer sessions, exploit bugs, use automated bots or unauthorized scripts, or interfere with server operations.
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate display names or restrict access for players who violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, artwork, game assets, audio, graphics, and trademarks comprising Wild Rummy are owned by or licensed to Wild Rummy and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Services

Wild Rummy is supported in part by advertising (such as Google AdSense on the web and Google AdMob on mobile) and utilizes third-party infrastructure (such as Google Firebase and Cloudflare). Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wild Rummy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that the service will always be free of errors, delays, or interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Rummy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the game or website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Wild Rummy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
