Common Questions

The app crashed or something isn't working.
Please email us with a brief description of what happened, what device you're on (iPhone, Android, browser), and the version of the app. Screenshots are always helpful.

I lost my progress / my game disappeared.
Wild Rummy saves your session in your browser or app storage. Clearing site data, reinstalling the app, or switching devices will start a fresh session. Multiplayer rooms that go inactive for more than a few minutes are automatically cleaned up by the server.

How do I report a multiplayer issue?
Include the room code if you have it, roughly when the issue occurred, and how many players were in the game. This helps us trace the server logs.
